Designer
Mark has worked in the Kitchen and Bath Industry for over 25 years. As one of the first designers of Kinetic he was instrumental in building the company from the first day in business. His breadth of knowledge in the industry allows his customers to make educated decisions all within their budget while achieving exciting designs. 93% of Marks clients come to him through past customers.  Mark spends his off time renovating his investment properties or enjoying camping with his faithful dog Tobie always by his side.

Construction Manager
Vic has been in the construction business since 1981 following a career as a professional hockey player. With over 30 years experience he has managed the construction of hundreds of homes, additions, kitchen remodels and bathroom remodels. Vic oversees the management of day to day construction activities. He is a dedicated father and husband to his wife Tina.

Office Manager
Mary has been in the construction and property management business for over 30 years. While working for one of North America's largest construction companies in Toronto, she administered project accounting operations over a 5 year period for the construction of the $500M BCE Place which is home of the Hockey Hall of Fame. Mary was educated in Toronto. While not working Mary is a dedicated mother to her son and spends most of her spare time driving from hockey rink to hockey rink.

Project Manager
On March 4, 2015 we suddenly lost a dear friend. Brian was a loving, patient, understanding man who helped everyone on a daily basis at Kinetic.  He had over 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry. He was a master carpenter and problem solver who had renovated and installed hundreds of kitchens and baths over the years and could handle any issue on the job. Brian was a dedicated father who lived for his children. He will be sadly missed at Kinetic but always remembered.

Project Coordinator
Sean has been with Kinetic over 7 years. He coordinates all projects while overseeing the warehouse and logistics. You will see Sean at our pre-construction meetings and from start to finish during your project. He is the communication link and support for the sales staff, installation department, and the back office making everybody look good. He has the patience of a saint. When not at work, Sean can be found being a dedicated father to his new son.

Designer
Jill has been in the kitchen and bath design industry for over 15 years and holds two degree's in Interior Design. She simplifies the remodeling process by guiding her clients throughout the entire project. Using her interior design knowledge and experience Jill can create the look they are dreaming of. She loves to help homeowners remodel their homes and provide great spaces for their families to enjoy! When not hard at work, Jill spends time with friends and family, traveling, and volunteering for school and community events!

Designer
Sara has been in the kitchen design industry for over ten years and has designed hundreds of kitchens. She obtained her Associate's Degree from ITT Technical Institute in Computer Drafting and Design. On her time out of the office, Sara can be found making memories with her daughter. She also spends a lot of her free time with friends and family. In the summer you will probably see Sara at outdoor concerts around town with friends.

Designer
Melissa has been around construction and remodeling her whole life. She fondly remembers playing in her grandfather’s mill craft while he built custom cabinets and grand staircases for custom homes, and "helping" her father (an electrician) on weekend jobs. With over 15 years of experience, Melissa enjoys helping her customers, from designing their dream kitchens and baths, selecting products that fit their style and budgets to explaining the instillation process. When not at work, Melissa is a loving wife and mother. You can also catch Melissa playing roller derby under the name HerHeiny Granger with the Queen City Roller Girls.

Project Lead
Keith has over 35 years of on the job experience as a master carpenter and remodeler. He has completed kitchen and bathroom remodels in hundreds of homes, many of them in the Niagara county area. Keith is a renovation expert who prides himself in focusing on the final design while covering every detail. He is dedicated to his trade and providing our customers with the highest quality installations possible along with knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful customer service. When not working in his trade Keith is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys camping and working around the house

Project Lead - Carpentry
Tim has over 35 years of hands on experience as a master carpenter and remodeler. He has framed and trimmed hundreds of homes and commercial projects in the WNY area. Being a renovation expert, Tim has also installed many kitchens and baths over his career. He can tackle any issue that may arise during the renovation of your home and his attention to detail will impress any homeowner. When not working in his trade Tim is a dedicated father and grandfather of 7. When he can find the time you may see him at Bills or Sabres game or cruising around WNY on his Harley.

Assistant Project Coordinator
Reed provides support to the Project Coordinator coordinating the logistics of product arrival and delivery with the back office and out to the field. He is a hard working young man who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty or provide assistance to anyone who needs it. Reed doesn't have too much leisure time because he is usually working hard on earning his private pilot's license and a college degree in aviation.

Project Apprentice
Steve has almost 10 years experience in home remodeling, maintenance, and remediation. He is a IICRC Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician. Steve is apprenticing with our master remodelers and also helping with warehouse deliveries and organization. He is dedicated to providing all of our customers with a great experience while we're in your home. Steve is a dedicated son. In his spare time he enjoys playing disc golf and fishing.

Mascot
Tobie has been in the kitchen and bath business for almost 6 years. Following his formal training at the Shih Tzu academy, he quickly became one of the most recognized within the Kinetic group and has a large following of customers. Tobie has been considered by many to be the top sales dog in WNY. When not at the showroom Tobie can be found with Mark by his side.
