This company is guided by the simplest premise that was quickly relearned many years ago during the coaching of a group of young hockey players. We were quickly reminded by the young players of what we all learned as youth, but perhaps forgot; that being part of team, forming relationships as we learn together is always more fun, more effective, and more rewarding. Creating a culture of effective teamwork is an art. It doesn't happen by only establishing procedures, drills, and a hierarchy of the team. It requires establishing attitudes, values, and relationships together with those procedures and drills. One cannot effectively succeed without the other. It is always a collaborative effort.
